Corrections

Every recipe gets tested and every regional claim gets checked before it goes live. Even so, a number gets mistyped occasionally, and some food history stays genuinely disputed even among people who grew up eating the dish. Use this form, not a random comment, so the report actually gets tracked through to a fix.

Include these three things

• The page URL or the recipe's name — exact, not approximate.
• The specific error: a quantity, a step, a time figure, or a regional or historical claim.
• Your reasoning for why it's wrong, plus a source if you have one handy.
