Typefaces come from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers directly to fetch those font files. That request is between your browser and the font provider — it isn't a cookie this site sets or reads.

Local, browser-side storage

Some interactive parts of the site, such as the filters in the recipe finder, may save a preference (your last filter choice, say) directly in your browser. That value never leaves your device and this site's servers never see it.

Turning cookies off

Your browser settings control this entirely. Since nothing here depends on cookies to function, switching them off won't block browsing, searching, or reading a recipe.
